Contact: [email protected] I am a marine scientist with special interest in plankton ecology and its role on biogeochemical cycles. Currently, I use models to better understand optical data of the surface ocean. This data is used to monitor marine systems from satellites. During my PhD, I developed trait-based models of plankton communities. With these models I explore how plankton traits and its biogeography affect ecosystem functions such as trophic transfer and carbon export. |
